Due to its less expensive operational and cost of labor many foreign investors are interested to invest in the Philippines. Because of that it helps rise the revenue of the Philippines. Because because of its massive expansion over the last ten years, the government tagged BPO Industries as “Sunshine Industry”. However, as the industry continues, the demand for more Filipino Call Center agents increases. In the years to come Filipino Call Center will be one of best outsourcing country across the globe.
